Hello, I've been training for about 14 years, and this feels like i'm introducing myself at an alcoholics anominous meeting. I'm currently doing a little powerlifting cycle i found in a magazine, as i thought i've done ok on my own( personal bests, 225 kg bench, 320kg squat,320 kg deadlift), now lets hear someone else's idea on how i should be doing it.
The hardest part of this is restraint, after years of going for heavy singles in the gym, week in, week out, a few reps and sets just isn't flicking my switch, but hey, if it gets me back up there to break some personal bests, it might be worth it.
Hoping to offer and recieve the secrets to getting mossive and strong, cos i'm already so pretty.

    incline bench
    60x10-100x10-140x7

    cross overs with band

Good to see that you are back

Here's a little something to keep you on your toes; I deadlifted 290kg yesterday. Raw, of course.

cheers, good to see the deads are coming up dude, i'm rather impressed. lets see what my missus can do for next deadlift day, if i'm irked enough, i'll catch you up.

yeah, never been much of a bencher, but who needs to lift big weights when we are thus pretty?

"Never been much of a bencher"? 12x140 is pretty damn... 'muchly'?

I do agree, that us pretty folk need not bench much. Its all about the lower body, as that's what women are into, obviously.

So, the woman is a top wind-up? Ever thought of staging an 'accident'?

an accident? you mean kill her?
i would rather kill everyone she loves and let her top herself in grief, while i laugh about it from my padded cell.
nah, her brother works in forensics for the local cop shop, and they all think i'm a psychopath anyway, i'd never be able to get away with it.

i reckon you are wrong to think that women are only interested in whats going on beneath the waist, i've told loads of women about it when i split my scrotum, or my piles, or even the athletes foot infection i had in my butt crack, and if anything, it turned them off.

i should point out it's not the womans fault....we men started treating them like human beings, so we have only ourselves to blame. we anthropomorphised a required function of evolution, and are paying for it now.
