Hi, My name is Bash and this is my first post on this forum. I am not new to body building but have stayed away for a while due to Personal circumstances. Now, i am on a mission to keep fit and stay fit too!!!! The only advice i would be seeking alot on from you guys is on supplements. I have taken Creatine Monohydrate, competitors product and with Amino acid before during the 90's, however, alot have evolved since then and it would be nice to know whats good in the market now to use.Cheers.

lol yes! we have learned how important fat is! ive got a muscle and fittness from 1985 and there so against fat its unbelivable.
