    Hi Vicky, another chick here o/ I'm not planning on competing but also looking to get into the sub 15% range. I do deadlifts and squats with no rack/spotter; I just use barbells for now but I guess it depends what weight you are lifting at. Anyway, welcome, great to have another girl join the ranks

    What do you mean by the CEE affecting your gut? (If you dont mind divulging, of course!!)

    You could try swapping to regular Creatine Mono, or, I found that I was getting stomach trouble from creatine when I wasnt dissolving it in hot water before. You could give that a go and see if it works.

    Well I was fine for a few weeks then one night I think a interdimensional portal opened in my backside and a small planet came out over the space of 6 hours. Lol sorry if that was a little graphic but I was throwing up, acid reflux and.couldnt keep anything down. Im sure it wasn't just the CEE but I have a pretty sensitive stomach anyway and it was a risk with the creatine anyway but the gains were too good to miss out. I'll be trying it again soon with smaller doses
