Im Rob 20, just looking into training, pre uni I was at 17.5stone (unhealthy weight) I've now lost 2-2.5stone. (sitting at 15.5stone atm)
I just ordered the big deal bundle pack and i'm excited to get training, I just want to know if people can give me some tips? I currently run 2mile every two days on treadmil (cardio) and lift 5.5kg Dumbells doing bicep curls, lunges, triceps. I don't know much so I am keen to be given advice and help.
I have printed off a diet plan as follows: -
Breakfast
• 2-3 slices of whole grain toast with 3 scrambled egg whites using MP Max Just Whites
• A handful of dried fruit
• 1 glass of fruit juice
Mid-morning snack
• Portion of fruit
Lunch
• A chicken breast or turkey steak
• 100g sweet potato
• Mixed leaf salad with olive oil dressing
Mid-afternoon snack
• 1 chicken, tuna, turkey or ham sandwich with whole grain bread
Evening meal
• Lean minced meat or turkey mince
• 100g (uncooked weight) whole grain pasta
• Tomato based sauce
Evening snack
• 150-200g low fat yoghurt
• Portion of fruit
And my Supplement plan given from an example on the main site is as follows :-
# Breakfast
2 x Omega 3 softgels
100g of Instant Oats
25g of True Whey
# Lunch
2 x Omega 3 softgels
1 x Daily Vits
# Pre Workout Shake
100g of Instant Oats
25g of True Whey
5g of Creatine Monohydrate
# Training
# Post Workout Shake
50g of Dextrose
25g of True Whey
Any help would be appreciated. I am wanting to loose some inches of my waist and gain lean muscle

The plan I posted seemed a bit intense for a true beginner I thought.
I'm still in Limbo as to what I need to be eating I know it says what, but it's just quantities.
I'm sure i'll figure it out as I go, eating more healthily will be a good start, then I'll incorporate more Meat(s) into my Diet as I go along and need the energy, supplements ought to help :$
