Hi all, sure you can guess my name (!). New to the dietary supplements game, and recently ordered my first batch of bits (impact whey & mega green tea) after doing what I thought was extensive research. It seems knowledge is power in the fitness world, it seems the more I learn, the more excited I get about my next workout!
My main focus at the moment is to get my body fat down, it currently sits at around 19% and ideally I want to get to around 15% before the year is out.
I am on a decent diet and workout regime, which was prescribed to me by my personal trainer at the gym, it gets updated every 6-8 weeks or so to keep it fresh.
I have been a gym member for just over a year and I have been 'training' (as opposed to exersizing) for just over 6 months, in that time, I have increased my fitness level, decreased my body fat (no thanks to Christmas!), decreased my body weight and increased my strength noticeably over that period.
Look forward to learning lots from the good people and members of myprotein!

Hi John, welcome and well done so far
Thanks pb.
Just had a shake after my workout and felt a little nauseous, is this normal?
Are you also taking some carbs with your shake.,,this may prevent the nausea
