    Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forum and thought I'd get my first post out of the way with an introduction.

I've been using weights since January 2010, I picked up a pair of 10's and did stuff in my bedroom for about 6 months. I then joined the gym in the summer of 2010 and haven't looked back since.

I'm 22 years old, weigh 169lbs and have just started using Impact Whey - I had shyed away from shakes before as I wanted to do everything the natural way, but have decided recently that I'm not able to get everything I need from my natural diet.

I try to eat healthily but I'm not 100% strict, I moved out from my parents last summer so now have near full control of my diet - lunch is provided where I work so I can't do much about that, but it is good stuff.

I used to do athletics (400m, high jump, long jump) but a knee injury prevented my from carrying on properly. In the last couple of years I have become a lot more interested in gaining strength and size, and I also really enjoy doing the exercises that work towards those.

Outside of exercising myself I am a proud supporter of Birmingham City, and go to a few games a season. I think I've covered near enough everything about me, I look forward to learning a lot more while I'm here!

Thanks! Yes that's the reason I went with MP, looked the most natural product out there and the best price by a mile.
