Just thought I'd say a quick Hi to all.

New to all this but have set myself a target (will not bore you in this thread!). A simpleton question if I may though. I have 2KG of unflavoured whey from MP, but no way of measuring it! No scales and no measuring cup. Wonder if anybody could tell me how many teaspoons/tablespoons would approx 30grams be?

    Thanks

    Jason

ps: threads here are great, been a lurker for some time.

Roughly 3 large heaped tablespoons or just over the 100ml measure on a mixer cup .

Even better buy a measuring spoon which will pay for itself by saving powder !
