    I think it depends on the person SLW, some people respond well to criticism, others turtle up and think 'sod it then, i wont bother', some are happy not knowing how they are perceived whereas others need constant validation of what they are doing. Its hard to know a person from a few lines on a web forum.

    Personally i agree with you, if someone said to me 'ha, 4 months in a gym and your still a fat sack of crap' .. id do everything i could to shove it back in their face, but not everyones the same.

    I agree with most of your post SLW and the only reason i can think of someone putting up pics before theyve started training is to perhaps get intstructions on what they should focus on, or just as an early comparison pic.

    Test tube, you say your not into it 'big time' or something to that effect, i just want to point out, your results will be proportionate to what you put in with concerns to diet and training. So don't expect to make big changes if the only changes to your lifestyle you're making is a few sit ups and pressups.
