well eventually i got to 15 posts, so these are my pictures ive been working for about 4 weeks (not that hard though)

awesome frame to build on man.
can tell you've been training all ready as your getting some front delts.
Keep consistant, with your diet, rest and training.
You will grow so much in the next year its going to be incredible.

Read some beginner articles. Either the stickies in the forum, threads in the forum or google it. Apply what you've read for the next 6 months and post back some new pics. Currently you have nothing to comment on other than "you look like you don't work out".
