    yowzer thats a narrow waiste youve got their mate. Arms and shoulders looks like they are on their way nicely.

    LOL yea tell mr about it, im going to start doing some work on my legs, just waiting for mum to gte back off holiday with dad so we can (TRY) and arrange something to get me into a GYM as i have one literally a mile and a half dow the road :-)

    Yea what's going on with your waist?
    I guess you wont have to do vacuums the next week or two....
    It might just be the angle of the shot, but you do seem to have a pretty thick ribcage/upper body. Not much pec/lat/rhomb development - just a big ribcage to build on...
    Now start eating skinny!
