Images have been edited now and should be able to ve veiwed.

    Hey Guys an Gals

Iv been training for about a year now, i started seriosuly when i deployed to Iraq last october. Iv haven't had a chance to train over the last couple of weeks as iv been preparing to come to afghanistan.

Now im out here though the training has started again, Here's some before and after pics. The after pics are from about 6 weeks ago; as i haven't been training properly for the last few weeks my bf has gone up a touch an iv lost a bit of mass. These pics are still pretty accurate though.

Any constructive critisism would be gratefull!

Youll need to host these elsewhere (Imageshak) etc and relink them; as the host where you have these currently, requires log in access if I am not mistaken.....

Biggest difference is in the rear biceps shots where the biceps appear much more peaked !

If your serious about bodybuilding id lay off the tatt's as they seem to hide definition

There is an idea of a Patrick Bateman; some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me: only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable... I simply am not there.

Very nice progress mate, as gym-pig says your biceps look much more prominent now. Traps and chest need bringing up to par with your delts and arms maybe?

    PB's :Bench 120kg x 2 (110kg x 5), Squat 200kg x 2 (170kg x 5), Deadlift 240kg x 1 (180kg x5)
