    only been training for a month (yesterday)
    is there much of a difference or am i lookin for something that isnt there, not expecting results after 4weeks but my body does feel tighter

    kye you need to get some oats and whey powder for bulking...

    pulse wont bulk...but pulse is awesome...gets you buzzing for your workout! i love it

    main goal is to put some bulk, but try and get a cut/ripped look but becuz of job i cant afford to put a huge amount of weight on lol

    my diet isnt strict but isnt bad..morning starts with a bowl of special k morning snack is fruit lunch is a meat/fish salad dinner is normaly some sort of pasta and meat dish.

    routein is

    monday = shoulders and legs

    wensday = chest and back

    thursday = arms and legs

    sat = cv, which is a rowing followe buy a swim

    the legs are done on light weights of 4 x 12 sets
    everything else is done a pyramid set of 12 9 6 startin off medium then to a heavy weight

    legs twice doesnt....

    monday-chest & tris

    tuesday-legs

    thursday-back n biceps

    friday-shoulders/traps

    possibility???

    also....i have to have a shower now...but your diet NEEDS work if you want to bulk...or even gain muscle...

    cheerz for the advice mate.

    also im wanting to take pulse cuz of the pump and focus, the extra focus will work a treat for the days i feel lazy and the ego boost wil also help from the pumpslol i want to stack it with something tho to add my bulk up whey with scots oats and idea??

    yes but not whilst or before you workout...!

    oats and whey are like a meal replacement-low GI carbs- high kcal and high protein....

    your diet seems horrid. you need something rigid to stick to, and something that will allow for best gains.
    i dont like your routine, because your DOMS might not be fixed by wednesday, and if it is your training shoulders all over again by benching. legs shouldnt done twice. arms should be slip up in two different days. try working out on friday instead of wednesday unless its not possible.
    no point doing cv if you want to bulk and it will be impossible to do rowing beacuse ur arms will be dead from DOMS you will make conditions worse.

    i will explain simple practical approach.
    gaining muscle - surplus calories
    losing fat - deficiency of calories

    i believe you must do it in cycles, you will not add masses of weight by bulking.
    i dont like the pyramid, you may see hypertrophy but not really strength increases. with pyramid you cannot usually measure your progression and it makes life harder.
    make it 10-12, 5-7 or whatever your aims are for all exercises.

    you get pump in the gym, the level of pump does not really effect your muscle building all that much, it just fills connective tissue with blood to provide nutrients to prepare you for battle with weights. you get focus by having determination and being obliged to succeed. the whole focus thing is stupid, because no drug or formula is going to make you WANT to go to the gym. if you WANT an excellent physique, and feel lowly, look at pictures of mr universe, mr olympia etc - adopt the attitude 'if they can do it, i ****ing well can'. you will get ego boost once you notice increase in strenght and visual changes in mirror. to bulk it is simple, provide excess of 'good' calories - carbs,protein,good fats.
