    My take on the phot is that you are unlikely to see much difference in a few weeks, but over the course of a year it's great to have monthly photos to look back on.

    As KP and the other serious trainers have said, you need to eat more and once you have done this and trained no more than 3 times per week, hard & heavy, you'll grow.

    Finally, anyone who is brave enough to post a picture has my respect!

    Well Guys thanks for all the compliments, all i was doing was posting a couple of pictures to show what i think is a pretty good improved 7-8 weeks, i dont see any problem with doing that, this forum part is based on showing your progress no matter how long it is if you have improved then why not post up your improvments..
