Now im not dry in these pics so feeling bit bloated but any experienced pointers would help im currently aiming to compete in the future how long do you think before i should try?

Also im hoping some of my leg shots might account for why im over 200lbs as many have questioned this any constructive critisim welcome.

Just a few impressions I get from those pics, hopefully constructive!

    Good:
    Back and trap development, thickness.
    Delts looking good,
Biceps seem full and well developed
    Very good outer quad development.

    Room for improvement:
Back width? - Unsure of this, waist seems quite thick so maybe that takes away from it?
Triceps seem quite weak compared to bi's, though that could easily be lighting.
Teardrop in quads seems weak compared to rest of quads.
Chest just seems generally weak compared to back, little upper chest development. Thoguh it's not unbalanced as in loads of chest at the bottom, none at top you sometimes see.

    Overall looking good mate

I am indeed bulking currently mate, i have found the waistline has increased a fair bit but nothing else in terms of bf therefore the back appears to have less width but if i were to cut i should hope to appear broader.

I think i have just found my way to train triceps i have put about half an inch or so on my arms in the past few months so will have to see how it goes.

I have a strong chast but it seems to slightly lack in terms of size any advice for this also same with the teardrop in the quads?

Thanks guys i do appreciate your guidance

If you want to beef up the chest I find DB's superior to BB. Also front squats, step-ups and to a lesser degree lunges for the teardrop.

I'd say leg ext aswell but it's an exercise I avoid completely... as I value my knees

I use dumbells for chest bud already as i say im using 40kgs dumbells on flat 4 sets of 6 currently which for 18 i dont think is too bad i just wish it would grow abit.

    My leg routine currently is
Squats wider stance - 2 sets 12 reps
Leg press heavy 3 sets 6-8 reps
Leg curl 1 set very slow on the negative tempo, 1 second up 3 seconds down 10 reps
Back extensions weighted 15-20 reps 2 sets
Donkey calf raise - 3 sets 12-15 reps
1 set standing calf raise 6-8 reps
