    Well guys i decided to get a shot of me (Frontal) as i havent posted one yet so here they are

    In the side shot my Ab area looks ok because i am tensing but in all my Ab area is pooor and i am still finding it very difficult to loose Body Fat

    My arms are looking good im happy with them and my shoulders but its just (Ab) area thats lettting me down << Im lookign for maybe some good advice and yes i have been told about eating right ect ect My diet is good and has been for 16-18 weeks !

    Ok mate....decent shape there and decent muscle ....

    I wouldnt worry about the fat...just add some cardio to your weekly plan...even 15 minutes twice a week high intensity ...

    Also I think your arms (like many) are bigger than they should be for say the chest, back...

    Decent shoulders (delts)

    The body fat will drop off you as long as you keep the diet clean and the workouts short and intense.

    Ye i still dont include any Supps what so ever, Would you reccomend using Whey Protein and just not take it to much due to My age (15) ?

    Whey Protein won't harm you.

    It will help your progress too. BTW I wouldn't worry about your stomach if you are looking to increase muscle mass, you have plenty of time on your side mate. I bet a few lads at your school will be jealous of your guns too!

    I wouldn't worry about it for now bud - just concentrate on getting protein every with every meal, and make sure you're eating 5-6 times a day

    Keep it simple until you're 16 at least IMO.

    Whey protein is an excellent supplement along with an excellent diet though..

    It doesnt matter what age you are..at the end of the day..it is simply ''protein - powder'' like any other protein just in powder form and from whey..

    Cheers Guys, And yes there are a few people at school that look at my arms abit weird and i do get told from time to time i have hench arms, But a few boys in my school have good (abs) and its just something i dont have but i am going to keep try to improve btu as for my shoulders arms biceps i am happy

    Well do some intense cardio and some ab work...no machines...hardcore ab training...and try to keep your diet as clean as possible.
