Ok mate....decent shape there and decent muscle ....
I wouldnt worry about the fat...just add some cardio to your weekly plan...even 15 minutes twice a week high intensity ...
Also I think your arms (like many) are bigger than they should be for say the chest, back...
Decent shoulders (delts)
The body fat will drop off you as long as you keep the diet clean and the workouts short and intense.
