2 stone in 2 years is good mate, better than being 10st eh..
So after a year of training eatting and sleeping hard, I've decided to upload a photo or two.
Now, considering just over a year ago I was standing just over 6'1" tall weighing in at 10stone 5lbs, and now I'm 12st 4lbs, I think I've gained fairly well considering my body fat is still lowish.
So your thoughts on these please. I don't want any "get some meat in ya little boy and lift some big weights" comments, as I know I'm still fairly skinny but I'd think 2stone in about 14months aint bad.
I'll try and get some side on shots next time I'm at the gym.

Yeah, I'm feeling alot happier with my body now than I was before I started training. I'm not looking to get massive or be able to lift houses or anything... just fair strong and nicely shaped.

I'm booked in for 6hours in march (long waiting list for my artist!) and will be getting full size wings started (well, full size being full back, and down to about mid hamstring! I get the feeling around there's gonna hurt (fingers crossed) I shall also be gettign my leg coloured and finished, "Stand & Deliver" just below underwear line! and something behind each ear, adn "just like heaven" on the side of my fingers on the right hand (you can just make out the faact that I have something written on my fingers in the first picture!
As for "total coverage" I'm not getting face/above collar/hand tattoo's due to job/future etc.
I thought there might be more talk of my ink rather than size/shape/oppinions/advice when I posted.
the good ones are worth waiting for! the wings should smart a bit....my problem is i can never make up my mind what i want next...decisions decisions...and i have been too lazy to draw anything recently![]()
back on topic: you've made good gains especially not in increasing your BF% a lot. muscles will distort the ink if they get too big.
I'm not looking to get massive to be honest... I mean yeah, a fair bit bgger than I am now, but my main goal is strength.
My biggest goal as of right now is being able to deadlift 200kg, squat somewhere near that, and bench something over 100kg. all with low bodyfat. I'm currently dl-ing 100kg, squatting 80kg, and benching 60kg.
I'm never going to compete... I'm never going to be biggest or strongest. I'd just rather not be a "skinny weed".
