looking good mate!
should look good at 185
Few pics from a couple weeks ago, but only just plucked up the courage to stick them up lol. Been on a Bill Starr 5x5 variation for about 2 months or so and put on about a stone. Just wanted to point out though that I am not a bodybuilder at all, my main focus is strength but I wanted to increase my bodyweight at this time as well, hence the 5x5. Aim is to keep on adding the weight until I get to about 185-190, hopefully around Easter-summer time. I'm about 176 in the pics.

Cheers for the comments guys.
I'm really lucky with this. It's really difficult for me to put on weight, but when I do it seems to be pretty much entirely lean. I've been consuming 4500-5000kcal a day for over 2 months now and that's as high as my bf has got to. Having said that, I try to make sure my diet's as clean as possible. Training muay thai a few times a week probably helps keep it down as well.
4500-5000kcal a day!? When i was a youngster we used to only wish about eating that much, but if we were lucky are dad used to eat it all then puke it back up for us to eat.. that was if we were lucky!

looks like your trainings going well. muay thai will deff help with the bf, although dont you find that you burn off some muscle as well?
Echoing what's already been said, nice conditioning. The delt veins and the triceps look particularly good imo.
