if you look at the third pic, you can see the fire exit has been bricked and blocked up because we kept getting flooded out.

I like the look of your gym mate . Simple basic equipment and no pointless machines .

The dumbell rack looks a mess . I am sad and like people to put stuff back properly . Hate wasting my time looking for something . I also like to do decending sets occasionally and that looks impossible there .

    What they charging you ?

Id like something between my current posers gym and that... i think my inner snob wouldnt allow me to train there without demanding to see the manager to complain in my best Stewie Griffin voice

    PB's :Bench 120kg x 2 (110kg x 5), Squat 200kg x 2 (170kg x 5), Deadlift 240kg x 1 (180kg x5)

I think its brilliant mate,i used to train at a weightlifting club that was waiting to be redeveloped. It had several holes in the roof, the heater was like a jet engine bolted to the ground(had to be careful not to get burnt on the flame/exhaust) and the equipment was covered in rust! But i had great results training during that time,it was truly hardcore! Best of all you used to get the key to the door out of the guttering and let yourself in,free! Its now a line dancing hall!
