My stats are:
18 years, 6ft'2, 12stone/76ish'kg
deadlift 115kgx6, squat 85kgx6, bench 62.5kgx6 (I've got to weights where I'm struggling with benching (probably due to weak and injured shoulders) but still increasing the weights on the deadlifts and squats)
weightlifting properly with supplements on a 'light bulk' for appearance/strength since 10 weeks ago... Although i have been in/out the gym since 17 slowly building up the knowledge on what the hell i was doing

I need to come up with a new 3 month routine to start in January, looking at the 5x5 and I want to continue doing a 4 day split...
I think my height helps with my deadlifts (only been doing them a couple of months) and surprisingly I've only ever seen 1 other person do them..
And no I never though of competing in the buffest boi thread, but maybe I will with a pose for a laugh![]()
