You are more like 14-15% max mate, you do not need to cut and should go on a lean bulk in my opinion.

To be honest Mike I've never thought you were 18%+, I can tell that from your seeing you in the gym.
Personally I would try to shed some fat then lean bulk. this is what the literature points to these days especially for those of us who don't wish to enter comps. etc. Stay lean all year round!

Stomach wise your look pretty damn similar to me it scary! Whats your height and weight? Am cutting aswell atm I would say your 14% which what I think I am! Am planning to cut for till about 10th Feb so about 5 more weeks!
