That bodyfat sounds about right. A month isn't really enough time to make amazingly visible gains but you look to have some definition. Onwards and upwards! I assume you are going to bulk yes?

I know you all hate him, but Firestar has helped me alot over MSN. I really do think he gets unfair press from you guys. He gave me routines, articles, diet plans, the lot.
Not denying some of the things he says are "dubious", such a glutamine is rubbish, but overall I think he deserves credit where it is due!
I was thinking of bulking until beginning of March, then cutting over March.
btw what BF am I? I bought an incredibly bad BF monitor, which says on average 13% but can be 12 to about 15.

For a guy starting out HIT is a pretty bad idea...
Yeah, to make HIT work you really have to know your body well and have a very efficient CNS. As a new trainee you wont be able to do either of those as they only come with time and practise.
