    The constant build thing is what I used to do, but after I finish this strength routine I want to push my weight up to Middleweight, I'm not sure how much I need because I can't remember how much I weigh, but I know it's not alot.

    Current weight is 74kg CoN, cheers for the comments! My hernia op wasn't umbilical no it was inguinal - so its lower down. Stick sucks though, the pain keeps coming back now and again and I keep thinking I've ruptured it again, even 10 weeks after! Will have to keep all BW to a minumum, keep on blasting out on the peddals! Start working those damn legs HBK!!
