chances are those guys only train chest and dont even no how to squat!
The only way is up, sounds like you should be able to get atleast 4 reps out if you think you can get 6. Keep at it![]()
I would say your legs are well on their way.. My legs are still quite small...
I would be more enthusiastic on my leg days if I didn't have to squat on a smith machine...It just doesn't feel right and I'm worried about going up in weight (85kg x 6) Even more depressing is the fact theres guys easily benching 100kg+ next to me..
