hey all, i'm 17 ive been working in the gym since around sept 07 an have enjoyed it greatly, im looking for a critical eye to point out any obvious areas that could do with improvement.
i weigh about 13st
these are my weights (based on what i lift for reps)
bench 80-90kgs
squat 120-130 kgs
dead lift 110-120 kgs

im not too sure about my bf %. as a rough guestimate 15-20 percent. not too sure tho. cheers for all other responses.
