    Hi, fairly new here.





    I'm looking to add some lean muscle. Any comments welcome (please don't be too harsh - - - )

    Nice and lean mate. Just eat and lift! If you stick to a good diet you could stay similar bf at the moment and still gain some good muscle!

    Yeah, youre definately lean enough. Just go on a carefully planned, gradually stepped bulk with the right kind of training (i.e 80% heavy compound lifts), and you could look pretty good in a year or so.

    Thanks, I think I need to work on my chest A LOT, i'd also like to define my abs a lot more, especially down the center.
    Anyone care to make a bodyfat %age estimate?

    Any places particularly good to find out more on this?

    I've got a bit of a limitation in that my right leg got seriously messed up last year and it hurts like hell just carrying my tiny bodyweight so lowerbody stuff is going to be pretty tricky.

    I think that is going to be a bit of a problem, i'm a bit confused as to what to do about it, starting strength seemed to be a safe bet but with the leg I don't really think its a good option....
