I've got couple of 1 inch bars, spinlock DB's and 126kg of plates.

I have a homemade powerrack which is perfect for squats etc.

I havn't missed/had a poor session since i started training again at start of year.

I can train any time i like, if it's raining or cold it dosn't matter as you soon warm up and it is of little importance when you are lifting.

The only downside is when you sit on the bench when it has been raining you sometimes get a jet of cold water going up your **** or down your leg.... but hey.
    Sounds cold

the gym i go to has really modern machines in it, but there is only 1 set of d/b ranging from 1kg to 60kg. its abit of a struggle trying to get your set in because alot of people dont realy lift past the 35kg mark, they arent hardcore like me lifting the 50's (JOKE) i will have to put some pics up of my gym, its up in Amble near alnwick, about 30 miles up from newcastle, the guy that owns the place is Geoff Baston who places high (usually top 5) in the Nabba comps, so i get alot of help and advice from him even tho he is on AAS and im 100% natural.

I'm rejoining franko's gym next week, the gym at the swimming baths is fairly limited in hte weights section. I feel as though i'm not getting any stronger. The free weights only go up to about 30kg to and there is only the ONE bench which you have to wait ages for if its busy.
