    Hi im 6 feet 2, 14 st 2 pounds, 27, and been training for 6 months.

    Just recieved my protein and carbs for shakes so trying to up my work! i was 13 stone 7 when i started, im starting to do core work and i train 3 times a week, monday chest and triceps
    wednesday back and biceps
    friday shoulders and legs

    my scales at home say im 27% body fat???
    any comments or suggestions welcome cheers!

    You are certainly not 27% bodyfat. About half that I would say.

    Diet is steadily improving, used to be crap, 'sweet tooth' but wised up and getting better, just kicked the fizzy orange lucozade habit!
