January 9th 2008 - Getting used to 6 meals a day - eating 2500 calories - Before starting Ketosis Regime
January 31st 2008 - 2 Weeks into Ketosis Diet, 2 weeks left

Geeze you've lost that belly fast, and I didn't know we were in December of 2008 yet :P
You definitly need more muscle. By the looks of your fat gain, I think you can do this rather nicely in a lean 12 week bulk after you've shredded all of that fat which you've done excellently - well done. How tall are you by the way, you look really really tall.
Going to try ketosis myself as I've gained 1st 7 pounds in 10 weeks which is a big ouch on my belly and butt. Worried about strength and muscle loss though. What did your 6 meals consist of, ratios, calories etc. Exactly how much mass have you lost, and has your strength suffered in those 4 weeks of cutting?

a very big pat on the back for you so far.
your waist is a hell of a smaller, and your arms and delts look a little bigger which means your certainly doing something right.
the other thing is you look 100X healthier. your face is slimmer and not as puffy.
