    Hi Guys,

    This is my first picture on here and hopefully in a few months I can look back and call myself a fat bar steward.

    The only things I really want to lose weight on are my love handles, my belly and my pecs (man boobs)

    Currently I am 6'5 and around 15 stone 12 - 13

    Any advice would be gratefully received



    Will update with pics when I notice a change!

    A good idea would to show is your diet here

    If your diet is realy bad this alone will help.

    I think the gut is mostly from beer as I would be drinking around 25 - 35 pints in a weekend as well as eating anything that took my fancy with no exercise. So I have given up drinking now

    I am trying my best to eat properly and healthily as much as I can without eating any rubbish at all!

    The only thing that confuses me is what I should eat, when!

    Yes i remember that thread now, most people on here seem to favour a high fat, medium protein and low carb diet to loose weight.
    If you dont no much about it there are many good threads about it which are good reads.

    My best advice would be to use the search function and have a read about high fat diets.

    Thankyou, I will look into it and try to adjust mine accordingly as well as the exercise.

    Is it worth scrapping mine that I am using now? It is pretty much the abs diet...

    I would choose to have a lower carb diet, like i said just search for a bit and decide on what you want to do and wait for some more replys.

    dude thats not a gut, you got off lightly there lol, wont take long to turn that into muscle, i got stuck with abit more of a fuller stomach from larger ha ha

    Ok Nick, first thing I notice is that you do not have much muscle. Second thing I notice is that you do not have (that) much fat.

    What you do have though is a lazy, unexercised, untrained muscle wall where your abs should be.

    Do some vacums. It will change your body shape dramatically.

    A search on this forum will reveal various posts and links etc.

    Thankyou for the advice.

    Yes I have only been working out and eating properly since mid January so I won't be like Arnie just yet ha!

    The fat around my abs is pretty solid really not like flab so if I tense it is still pretty solid.

    It is just that roll around there and my love handles I want to get rid of and firm my chest up and then try to build muscle.
