I still think of myself as fairly skinny as i am the smallest of all my mates.. and they jokingly remind of that, so i suppose it is a confidence issue for the majority... but that has only made me a damn site more determined.
Yeah only started on the 7th of January.. but have been hard at it though....busting my a$$ in the gym 3 times a week and eating lots of food... having said that, i have always been fairly defined, but with less BF% than i have now.. but accept that to bulk up, i have to take the % hit to start with.
