  1. Default Taking the best progress Photos

    I need to take some 12 week progress photos and of course i would like them to looks as close to what can i see in the mirror, does anyone have hints and tips or can point me the right direction for making a good fist of this i have a good quality camera tripod etc, would love to get an idea of the best poses to show off the hard work without looking like a ****

    I think a simple relaxed pose along with maybe 1 or 2 other poses that you feel comfortable with, like me, I'd choose lat spread and double bicep myself, because my biggest strength is my back.

    In terms of taking a picture, I don't think a tripod is necessary, stick it on top of your TV or anything of the sort (not saying don't use your tripod, use it if needs be, just saying, don't think you have to) don't pick a dark room, and try to have a light facing you if possible.

    keep the location, angle, lighting, distance, pose and clothing the same and you will get an accurate progress pic.

    Hi; You could always checkout my web sit photos for some idea's,most are professional shots taken on stage and studio, good lighting is important from above [not directly above] and also take the shots from a lower angle, go for making good lines eg; slight bend in the knees and a slight twist in the torso

    youre missing a p from http in that link John.

    Your photo at 60 is amazing btw, really shows that bodybuilding can be a lifetime deal.
