good size of arms on you mate. back width needs improving

Im not very good at posing but a tip would be to lean back slightly from the waist when doing back poses and keep your head bolt upright, even slightly back. this engages the trap muscles and posture.

As Rab says, very good size arms Luffers.

However from that pose, it is deceiving to how big your back actually is. That pose tends to add more proportion to the arms and make the back look smaller so maybe a few more shots? I think your back is bigger than that photo gives credit for.

    Good work mate.

You need to work more on your back, but a very good base nonetheless.

Add in reverse grip pulldowns. These will help.

The back has allways been my lagging bodypart along with calves.

I never do any lower lat exercise's. Reverse grip pulldowns is an exercise I never got on with.

Crappy camera, the self timer takes about 4-5 seconds before taking the pic, it doesn't give you enough time to get the correct posture. I've given up asking the girlfriend as she just laughs at me
