It was hard to tell whether it was fat or gland from the picture so i was interested to know. The difference is very noticable for the better.

Thanks a lot for the comments guys.
Although im not much bigger yet i know i have a much better base to build the muscle from than before and i have muscle in places i didn't before etc.

Time to work harder in the gym and to eat the right foods and the right amount of it. Time to grow!
