What are your goals? By bulking do you mean following a regimented training plan without cardio, or do you plan on switching from circuit training to weight training only?

P.S Never actually trained properly before, jus abit of circuit training.. ordered some impact whey, creapure and oats.. i do have quiet a high protein diet generally too (tuna, meat, peanuts) .. Thanks..![]()

I am looking to do free weights yeh, little or no cardio, i wanna put on muscle (who doesnt.. lol) and try not to get like too chubby so the muscles can't be seen..
