Hi, thought id post some pics for everyone to rip apart! Al comments welcome as id like to know where people think i should imprrove etc.
Bit of info.. I first started about 14 years ago on and off, then stopped from 2001 till early last year, always been preety knowlagable on training but rubbish with diet and supplements.
Only got diet better this year when i found this great site, it really got my head right to make the change in what i eat, still could be better but its getting there, been training real hard since this january after 3 months out with bicep agony!
Im 35, about 5ft 8 and about 83kg, would love to lose a bit more fat and add some more size..........
These were taken about 3 weeks ago, i'll post some more in a few weeks to se if ive improved... here we go..................

Only thing I can see that need a bit of work are maybe your traps. Keep up the good work though.

Would be 10x more better if you cut, cut, and cut some more.
Your best feature in my opinion is definitely your lats.
I think you don't need to cut that bad, I even think you could bulk a little more before a small cut. You have good size, keep lifting and eating big. Quite shocked to see alot of mass
Not to the OP but just a rant.
I read alot on this forum where everyone is soo fixed up on cutting. I mean you get someone that is well skinny with a bit of fat and they think that a cut will give them there 40lbs of msucle along with an amazing 6 pack.
I disagree. He doesn't need to cut at all yet IMO. His BF is below 15% and he's carrying a decent amount of mass. I think you need to take into account the fact that he may not be aiming for a super ripped physique and may want size over anything else.
I would carry on doing what you're doing buddy, no need to cut just yet IMO.
