    im uploaing these picks because planning on starting my training journal today (will be posted later tonight hopefully) and wanted to know if any thing was seriously lacking or where i need to improve , there no leg shots as thy are terrible even tho i train thm hard

    nice tiles, my girlfriends house has them in the bathroom, along with the border tiles.

    Very nice physique...A good, solid base!

    Strong points:

    Upper middle back, abs, front (anterior) delts, biceps.

    'Weak' areas...areas to improve?

    Lateral and rear delts, upper pec area, triceps, lats (width-wise), possibly forearms.

    Do you do twists or any lateral bends? Maybe twisting situps/crunches (to alternate knee perhaps)? Obliques seem a little overdeveloped which detracts from the v-taper effect.

    How old are you and how long you been training? Pretty good back, biceps and abs.

    I agree with NU about the obliques being very developed. Looks like you've been doing plenty of side bends or something which makes your back appear less tapered. Good work none-the-less.

    before i started eating properly etc i did alot of oblique work bt since jan i hav done none

    im 18 5ft11 71kg been trainin properly since january

    how would i go about trainin forearms?

    When you're working out grip the bar amazingly tight

    Alternatively you could do some preacher curls or wrist curls.

    id say around 9-11% hard to be excact although you looking good keep it up got a fairly good balance no muscles realy lagging etc wot your routine and diet?
