uh cheers for the comments guys

I suppose there isnt much difference looking at the pictures, but ive made progress in ways of my lifts, got my deadlift up to 160 for 5 reps, also improved my bench and squat, rows, military press etc

I dont think the photo is a great one, but I have made an improvement, people have said so in the gym etc

With regards to being so skinny, and saying to eat more, im an ecto, and its damn hard for me to put on weight, im almost up to 15stone now, and still putting on weight

my ribs have always stuck out, before I started training they were there, and they are still there now, and ive put on a lot of weight in the past few years

heres a shot of my back:

and heres a picture of me about 2 / 3 years ago when I was 16 - I know you cant see my body, but its pretty easy to tell how i used to look.

Absoloutely fantastic progress there mate. I too looked exactly like that when I was 16, and have bulked up a little now but you've got excellent lean muscle built there.

You've got that slit up your back muscle so goes to show how much definition you have .

Dude! you have a wait to shoulder ratio of about 0.5! (most men are above 0.7)

Bulk bulk bulk and you could have a seriously impressive physique (not that it's bad at mo)

Also you say you are 15 stone, i'm guessing you're 6' 2" or over? if not you have some very impressive density
