    do this:

flat db bench press 3 sets of 15 super set with db pull overs 3 sets of 12.

incline db flyes 2 sets of 12 fully extending arms when at chest level super set with incline barbell bench press 2 sets of 10 all the way to the upper chest and press.

finishing off with cable cross overs squeezing the pecs on every rep.

    you have HUGE arms.

do you do chest first? and do you do it with triceps?

Try what I said but make sure every rep is perfect using the chest to drive not the triceps.

yeah chest and triceps, i start with dips as a warm up n dumbell press a light weight. then move on to heavy dumbells 5 sets, with flys in between each set (repeat on incline). do 3 sets of dips and rest (normally coz i have to always wait for the bench!) 3/4 sets on the bench. then finish with cable crossovers.

    then work on my triceps

    Thats just silly..

    Whats with the dips?

so warm up with a light set of dbs, then do what I said lowering the weight all the way as far as it will go then press keeping tension on pecs at all times, your pecs don't look bad at all though?
