No, I'm generalising. I don't care if you're weak, but slating people who are obviously strong because they have bad form is stupid, because if you only ever use perfect form you will never train hard enough to get strong. They are obviously advanced and experienced enough to make that decision for themselves, because if they weren't advanced and experienced they would not be using 150 kg+ for BORs.
Cute how you pick out my weakest lift to use as an example, from a couple of months ago. You won't find many posts when I claimed to be a strong bench presser. My other lifts are far from spectacular, and I will be the first to admit that, but they beat my bench. Calling me out on my lifts is missing the point somewhat, since the thread is not about them.Quote
