    Considering how lean you are you've got some reasonable size. I'm with the others go for a lean bulk, increasing your Kcals, but you've got a really good base here.

    thanks for the positive comments i'm doing bill starrs 5x5 basic routine http://www.geocities.com/elitemadcow...Linear_5x5.htm would maybe adding a few exercises help? oh i do dips on a monday too

    dont add anything to it, the point is to conserve your energy to progress your strength. at the end of your last rep you should feel exhausted on that exercise. That is how you get the benefits from the routine.

    yer, its hard not to want to do something extra lol. i like this program so am sticking to it so thats a plus. so i just need near 4000 clean kcal's everyday and should gain some weight? i will repost a pick in 2weeks.
