    Haha, nicely defined, time to bulk? Basically same as a good mate of mine, so bulked with the cals and is alot bigger now.

    Whats your goals?

    very lean lik 7-8% and proportion clean bulk for a few months keep it up

    4000kcals or so of the main staples youll do it i was lean as hell a couple of year ago like maybe 5% but was only 10stone then got to fat not eating clean gettin there now though
    whats ur diet like?

    Agreed really lean, but your also really light, lean bulk and monitor your gaining, adjust cals if you think you are gaining to much fat, or do some cardio or both

    yer i think i should do a bulk but tbh i have been trying to do that since i started almost 2years ago so you could imagine what i looked like before lol

    i find best way to bulk if you cant stomach to much food is

    whey/mpc + powder oats + full fat milk if need be, otherwise just use semi-skim

    yeah cany go wrong with that also food like nuts,seeds,avacado,cocoa,coconut all high in cals easy to get down
