Top work mate, that's one hell of an improvement! What would you say have been the best exercises for making the transition? I do lots of deads, weighted pullups and single arm rows - anything that you use a lot outside of this with good effect?

Ive recently updated my back workout and have found rear delt flys to be a nice addition for the back. Also the hang clean into shoulder press is a nice little movement. ( Although i stopped doing them as for an athlete the risk-gain ratio of hangcleans is too great)
In my opinion wide grip chin ups ( head infront of bar) is the best back exercise![]()

exactly that bud, rows, deads and chinups.....and +3500kcals a day. I haven't really trained for hypertrophey for the best part of a year now either, mainly strength routines. The pic was taken at the end of a series of 3 weeks waves MB had me doing to bring my bench up. Part of which had me doing 3x20rep sets of cable rows twice a week, I kept swapping around the grip from normal, to wide to Close using a chinning bar(see pic below), found the close grip seemed to hit them best. At the time I was also benching twice a week and deadlifting twice too.

Cant find calipers, think the fairy's have tided them away again. BF% is your guess.
the front relaxed doesnt half show off how little delt and arm work i've done over the years. might have to start doing some curls regularly nowadays to sort that out, plus the 531 i'm starting will get me OHing on weekly basis too so that should help with my shoulders.
