    Im really dissapointed, you call yourself fat dave and your not really fat at all. You've got a decent base to go forward here decent shoulders, and the beginnings of a decent V taper. Keep it up.

    Yep I agree with the above, I thought you wound be a right porker

    There's a little to cut which I'd go ahead and cut off if I was you because with the size you already have you'd look better than most. I think minus 15-20lbs and then start bulking.

    I would disagree with cutting? He is already quite lean, well not podgy if you get me? I say lean bulk all the way.

    My handle isn't meant to be misleading, it's the user name I use for most things and it's also the nickname I've had for about the last 3 or 4 years. But anyway I have already lost 20lbs since I started reading these boards and my BF was +30%, so originally it was right.
    Do any of you mods think you might let me change my user name to 'wasfat_dave' perhaps, if able to??

    Thanks for the good words guys, took a lot of courage to stick these up and now wish I'd gotten some picks before I started out. Might try and dig up some holiday snaps from last year so you can see where I've come from already.
