hey well ive always been intrested in the gym and keeping fit so last year i got my induction at the gym and started going here and there just farting about realy. i was 17 at the time and my stats were
152 pounds
5"9
and now my stats are about
158 pounds
5"9
i know that dosnt seem good but i have only realy started eating correctly in the last month so im happy with the small gain .
my plan is basically to update this with pics once a month to show my diffrence over the next couple years![]()
bascially this is my starting point !

from them pictures id say you look pretty much well rounded and very very lean ! wish i cud stay that lean lol

my main weakness is my legs
right this is what i do at the gym... i just need to put it in order some help would be nice ! obv i dont do this in one session ! and i do 5 days a week.
