    hey well ive always been intrested in the gym and keeping fit so last year i got my induction at the gym and started going here and there just farting about realy. i was 17 at the time and my stats were

    152 pounds
    5"9


    and now my stats are about

    158 pounds
    5"9

    i know that dosnt seem good but i have only realy started eating correctly in the last month so im happy with the small gain .

    my plan is basically to update this with pics once a month to show my diffrence over the next couple years


    bascially this is my starting point !

    lol ,, i shall tomorrow after my work out when im a little pumped !

    i plan to get a couple full body shots up each couple of months

    from them pictures id say you look pretty much well rounded and very very lean ! wish i cud stay that lean lol

    right this is what i do at the gym ... i just need to put it in order some help would be nice ! obv i dont do this in one session ! and i do 5 days a week.

    exercise-----------reps----weight

    fly----------------5x5---95kg
    seated leg press---5x5---95kg
    row/rear deltoid ---5x5---60 kg
    hip adduction------5x5---152.5kg
    seated leg curls----5x5---50 kg
    hip abduction------5x5---100kg
    leg extensions-----5x5----70 kg
    pull down----------5x5----60 kg
    shoulder press-----5x5----37.5 kg
    chest press -------5x5-----70 kg
    flat db press-------5x5-----20/20 kg (40kg )
    Arnold Press-------5x5------14/14 kg (28 kg)
    wide pull ups-------3x5------body weight (72.2 kg)
    dumbell row--------5x5------20/20 kg
    cable upright row---5x5-----26.5 kg
    dumbell shrugs------5x5----20/20 kg
