I thought I would post some pics for a bit of motivation and to get some feedback. I am currently 80kg and 6ft2. Been on a cut before hols and now going to go on a bulk for a bit. Any advice appreciated.

How long have you been training?

I believe you would benefit from maximizing muscle underneath the dermis. Simply because the more muscle, the more ripped you will appear. That is not to say that you should begin gorging on food.

Keep training and the results will come, keep takin' pics for comparison

Lol, "maximizing muscle under the dermis", aka, get some muscle you skinny git. I am going to add some more carbs to my meals and shakes , a bit more week by week so I dont pack on too much fat.

I have been training with a proper diet for about 6 months now, although only started to not 'ego lift'. Dropped the weights down and going slow with real good form now.

Not at all mate, you're coming along especially around the arms and shoulder region. I would make an emphasis on a balanced programme, especially the back, and lower body.

Ok cool, cheers. I was recommended a HST workout and have been going well with that (just finshed the 15's). My A's and B's are:

    A:
    Deadlift
    Calf Raises
    Bent Over Rows
    Military Press
    DB Bench Press
    Any Tricep Exercise
    Shrigs

    B:
    SLDL
    Lunges
    Upright Rows
    Incline DB Bench Press
    Any Bicep Exercise
    Side Lats
    Chins

Would you make any changes to that? (I workout at home, have about 100kg, DB BB, Bench [no BB rack] and chin bar) Thanks

I have only just finished the 15s, so cant really notice too much. From the DOMS and pump though it has been more effective than doing splits like I have done previously. THis could just be switching to a full body WO though. I will post some more pics up at the end of the HST for comparison.

    Whats your routine like now>?

From personal experience my doms went away mid 10's but the all over pumped feeling stayed right thru till I started the SD.
