    the background looks just the same as in curts pics yestady, u 2 train together? Lookin better than me and at the same weight, esp the v
    PB's as of 2010: Deads 220kg, Squat 200kg(190 currently) , Bench 115kg,
    2012 Targets: Deads 250kg, Squats 230kg, Bench 130kg.

    yhyh i bin train wid curt for about 2 and bit weeks now,thanks i didnt realise hw much my back had grown in the last cuple months which i am very pleased with

    I saw buddy, your going to out deadlift me soon

    Your triceps and all over muscularity will develop in time, the routine your doing will be great for size - all the heavy pressing is the shizzle

    My training is going well thanks, I got 105*7/3/1 on incline rest paused today so I was happy with that.

    yh, i am enjoyin my routine i reckon i could get 180kg easy, i had some f today but i started to have a come down in the gym man!
