    Hi there,
I am a newby here so be gentle.
The reason i am doing this is because i never stick to something that i start and i figure if i get my fat ass on the internet then it will give me the insentive that i need to sort myself out. So here goes:-
    Age: 28
    Height: 5'11"
    Weight: nearly 14st
    Waist: 36
I used to train a lot at least 3 - 4 times a week when i lived with my parent's but since i moved out i have been eating wrong npt goin to the gym (lack of money) sleeping all wrong. I have taken suppliments before but again with no cash i ran out and couldn't buy them anymore. I have just started back in the gym and forgot how much fun it actually is. Here are some pic's .......... like i said be gentle please

You look very similar to what I did, however I had 2.5st on top off that (omg I must of been big!).

Having photo's of yourself self is extremly motivating. I've got some at home (only just stuck on here) that don't half keep me going.

Keep posting some up every few months for a visual record of your acheivments, very rewarding, much better than looking in the mirror each day and not seeing the minimul changes.
    PB's as of 2010: Deads 220kg, Squat 200kg(190 currently) , Bench 115kg,

Id also recommend if you havent already, keeping a journal on here of your progress, eating habits and training, seems to give you a little bit more focus on keeping things consistent. Good luck!

You're fat, sure but you've also got a lot of potential, i think you will do well.

    Good luck mate!

That diet is poor, you need more nourishing whole foods, proteins and fats, less higher GI carbs...find some examples of diets on this forum and you should get a better idea of nutrition.

You should be able to get a god diet going for a lot less money than it would cost to keep taking all those protein shakes!

Legs look like they could end up reasonably muscular if you work at them and don't do an extreme cut or crash diet.
Green's a very suspicious colour for food....

For a guy who calls himself FATT you do have a very good shape, strip away the excess fat and you'll look pretty big.
