    Hi all started at the gym 6 weeks ago in a bid to get fit! I started of easy and just did cardio for 4 weeks but have started the weights in moderation with some HIIT in between. I will start my journal next week including diet and some of my current workout, My quads are my best accet so far, But then i played football for years, But am hoping to gain good mass and some strength elsewhere. Thanks MP for great products/delivery and prices

    I had high blood pressure but with my new diet no smoking for 6months and lots of hard work its down to a much better level. Couple of pics for you and opinions on how well im likely to respond to weights, And maybe a bf% if anyone wants to guess.

    cheers all, Am working hard, Although pics above are with little weight use just leg work and some tricep. Been doing cardio HIIT mainly, Cheef im doing my journal later tonight so will list my routine, Which may look vague as im learning day to day with an advanced bodybuilder. so no back or shoulder routine yet until wednesday.
