    Hi all heres a pic of before and after just 5 weeks of building and fairly strict food intake i can notice fair gains in short space let me know your thoughts, Will add a pic of frontal area later.

    When taking pictures always take them in the same place and with the same lighting.

    I can't see much difference between the 2 pics but thats because of the reasons above.

    Is the top pic the after shot ?
