TBF when was the last time you knew what I ate? I eat lots of salmon every day, lots of omega 3s with every meal, most food IS organic that I have [although we aren't as rich as you] and I normally eat 2-3 portions fruit a day [on a good day] and 3-4 veg. Pawned?
